On Saturday 10 May 2025 we organised a very special masterclass: a day dedicated to discovering onigiri, one of the most iconic dishes of Japanese cuisine.

During the event, participants not only learnt how to prepare onigiri, but also had the opportunity to delve into the Japanese gastronomic culture, thanks to a story full of curiosities, meanings and traditions.

Special thanks go to Gastronomia Yamamoto, a reference point for authentic Japanese cuisine in Italy, and to <\/a>Denise Gottani, who enriched the masterclass with her precious cultural and human contribution.

We are happy to have shared this educational and stimulating experience with so many passionate and curious people.
