On Saturday 15 February 2025, we had the pleasure of participating in a special event at Eataly in Milan, where Gastronomia Yamamoto held a masterclass on the preparation of onigiri.
In this course, our sushi rice from the Sensei line was used, prized for its superior quality and perfect for preparing delicious onigiri, able to conquer even the most demanding palates.
We discovered the secrets of this traditional Japanese dish in a collaborative and pleasant environment.
