Liquorice, lemon and burrata risotto at Fresco Garda 2025

On Saturday 29 March, we had the pleasure of collaborating with chef Maurizio Bufi of the Grand Hotel Fasano during an exclusive event at the Fresco Garda headquarters.
The chef prepared a gourmet risotto with our Carnaroli rice from the Gourmet line, enriched with lemon, liquorice powder and burrata cheese, a dish that combined tradition and innovation.
This event was a perfect example of how quality products can create unique culinary experiences.
