On 19 June 2024, we took part in the event organised by Cibo di mezzo at the Millemiglia museum in Brescia. The event included two tasting routes, from appetiser to dessert, and a section entirely dedicated to wine tasting. In this setting full of flavours, fragrances and music, chef Stefano Cerveni created his workhorse, risotto allo spumeggio, with Carnaroli rice from our Classic Line. It was a pleasure to take part in this beautiful day!
